The constitution of Life Restored Associates Berhad sets out its objects, company structure and responsibilities.
Resources directed towards our objects
The constitution requires the company’s income and property to be applied towards its objects and prohibits distributions of profit to members. It also provides for permitted payments under specified conditions.
Board oversight
The constitution provides for a Board of Directors to manage the company’s affairs.
Accounts and audit
The constitution requires proper accounting records and examination of the accounts by approved company auditors at least once in each calendar year.
Public fundraising
The constitution requires approval from the Registrar of Companies before soliciting donations from the public. This website does not currently invite donations or make tax-deductibility claims.
